Whalers! Bill, that's hockey! Speaking of sperm. whales. For a while the state motto was: Connecticut, a whale of a state. This was followed by the equally baffling motto: Better yet, Connecticut.
SP, do you remember Steve and Dana's proposed state motto for Indiana? Even better than Connecticut's.
And really, Bill, hockey? No wonder I didn't recognize it. I just don't get the goal sports.
