Dana, there's another really bad show to watch

Missed you this weekend.

Steve told us that you like to watch Numb3rs. I'm with you there. Solving crime by complex math equations--who can argue with that.

But have you seen Criminal Minds? You learn new important lingo - like "unsub", which is unknown suspect. I don't know why it's not "unsusp", but hey only the Quibbler would be flummoxed by the inconsistency. It is the most monotonous tv show yet - in terms of both its monotonic speech and storyline. It's like the monotonous commercial Mandy Patinkin does for some extremely dangerous cholesterol drug. He is the star of the Criminal Minds. Accident? Coincidence? I don't think so.

Check it out.

I have seen this show. I like the way everybody stands around Mandy P like his their Dad. But I gotta say, the sheer testerone level emitted by Numb3rs keeps me watching. They've got a guy for every girl viewer.
The tortured genius.
The tortured cop.
The sensitive old widow.
The young guy with a raspy voice.
The Black guy from the gritty streets.
The only sour note is the woman with the voice that sounds like a balloon deflating.
It's just an equation for high quality viewing.

Oops that was me, not Steve. Like you really thought Steve would ever notice "a tortured genius."

Dana,

Have you seen the promo for the next episode of Numb3rs? It's about the sex and math quotient. Heady. Powerful. Compelling. I am definitely watching this episode--maybe even taping it. The room suddenly just got warmer.

When is Lent over for .....sake?

Well, another episode gone by. Numb3rs didn't do anything like I had hoped.
